the hotel was excellent with good personnel. the room itself was big. the location was good for traveling around bangalore, adjacent to bangalore. the restaurant was relatively close to the venue.

had a great stay in bangalore, Shack surpassed my expectations! loved the location, spacious rooms, and the DTH collection. the underground parking was a bonus. website oversold, but the experience was still good.

Poor service, card POS and UPI not working, had to pay in cash. towel not replaced during room cleaning, had to wait for laundry return.

During my stay, I enjoyed the spacious rooms, and the variety of TV channels provided through the DTH service. Additionally, the hotel's location was very convenient for me, as it was near public transportation and had parking available. Finally, I found the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful.
